Odessan

The Capital of The Valkan Isles, Odessan acts as the country's seat of power. It is built on the ruins of old city of The Fallen Kingdom of Endara, with much of the ancient buildings being restored by the Valkan people to live in. The city is split into two section, the old town, made up of the restored ruins, and the new town, which is made up of newer, nordic buildings, made to house the population that cannot afford to reside in the large stone building of the past. Many of the buildings in the new town are made up of turned over long ships, placed upon rough stone foundations. Unlike the almost perfectly quadratic structure of the old town, the new town seems almost unorganised, with buildings placed wherever there is room.
