Delsaran Zinran is the High templar and the leader of the templar branch of the Alsolar clergy in Ar'Kir and one of two leaders of the sun elf theocracy along with High Forge master Mirthal Morna .

Delsaran Zinran is a young ambitious elf who holds himself in high regard and conducts himself with eloquence and grace. Delsaran is deeply religous. High templar Zinran is the face of the Alsolar temple in Ar'Kir and is the one to hold most major religious ceremonies

Delsaran Zinran is a young elf in his mid 200s with bronze skin, long golden hair and golden eyes. he has a slender build and is on the taller side for an elf. he is most often seen wearing gold and white vestments and carrying a golden Solar staffas is custom for the High templar to carry after their appointment as high templar.
