"As i approached Ar'kir the glittering golden spires stretched towards the sun rising from the harsh sands of the Runian desert the large walls encircled the city maned by vigilant sunblades scanning the horizon for intruders their bright armor twinkled atop the thick walls."Ar’kir also known as the city of dawn and is predominantly inhabited by Sun Elves . Ar'kir is ruled by the sun elven Asolar clergy which is jointly led by the leader of The Asolar Templar and the Sun forge.

History
Pre twilight warAr'kir was a smaller city at the edge of the Solaris empire founded in the age of Divinity as a trade settlement on the age of the Solaris Empire to provide an entrance to the empire for goods and people and to provide a stop for traveling merchants before they resumed their travels through the Runian desert During twilight war
During the Twilight war Ar'kir was largely untouched by the fighting due to its location at the edge of the empire After twilight war
Ar'kir having avoided the carnage that befell the other cities of the Solaris Empire took in the sun elven refugees from the ruins of the rest of the Solaris empire and the war the Midnight ward and the night gate were renamed to the daylight ward and the day gate to distance them from the night and dark elves and the Grand cathedral was renovated and expanded to remove all imagery of Eterus and religious texts were changed to focus on Asolars glory
Population
Ar'kir is mainly populated by Sun Elves and is the largest concentrated sun elven population center but also contains some half-elves and a small amount other races who are mostly merchants or religious pilgrims.Culture
The sun elves traditionally organizes their society in rigid and firm hierarchies based on family and noble bloodlines. some noble houses can trace their ancestry back to the the Solaris Empire. the sun elves value Family and tradition and most citizens can trace back their family for multiple generations. through the rigid hierarchies lower born citizens can try to ascend through society by rising through the ranks of the church though highborn still look down on the lowborn even if they have risen above them. the coronas are the slums of the city outside of the city walls - the Chromo district
the Chromo district is mainly home to barracks for the Sunblades guarding the outer wall and includes the the four gatehouses the the western dusk-gate, the northern noon-gate, the southern day-gate and the eastern dawn-gate which serves as the primary citadel in the case of a siege. the chromo district also has modest housing for the lower class - the Photto district
is the main industrial sector of the city and houses the workshops and warehouses of artisans and other workers - the Flows
the Flows is the largest ring and houses most of the middle class as well as the main markets and mercantile flow in the city. the flows are known for the many shops, markets and inns that line the flowing road that goes through the district - the Convex District
the convex district is home to the larger houses of the wealthier citizens. - the Radia district
the Radia district houses the homes of the mayor sun elven houses as well as the daylight academy campus, the main garrison of the Sunblades called the ____ garrison and the grand archive. the Radia district is known for the golden glass towers and the manicured gardens of the wealthy estates. - the Core district
the Core district houses most mayor political and religious sites including the Grand cathedral as well as the grand cathedral square, the Sun court, the sun forge and housing for the top priests and the stewards of the religious sites.
