Witheters
The Capital of The Batesian Empire, currently home to the 5 greatest generals to ever grace the steps of the training ground, they are known as The Hand of Power.
They do not meddle with the affairs of other places but do assist in battle when their home is at stake. They were legends in the Battle against Revelor.
Not much is known about then however as their names and such as stricken from the public record to allow them to go undetected in other lands when they need to leave home for whatever reason.
