The Farhand
You ask if the Farhand is worthy? For shame, my good man. I will do whatever that lets me see that dog Aurich waste away on that cursed ground. If that means pushing the Farhand past the point a ship has ever gone, then I will do so.
When Reginald Farhand was made Patriarch of his own noble House, he requested several things of the Court: the abandoned land of former house Norovalthel, to be made Captain of his own, independent vessel, and ownership of that vessel which he commanded at the victory over the Isle Pirates just before. That vessel became "The Farhand" - Reginald's personal vehicle to enhance his new House's prestige.
When the Court was looking for a Captain willing to brave the Sea of Storms and transfer Sparks from the Sovereign Isles to Akratia's Edge, some were surprised by Reginald's insistence that he and his vessel be given the honor. Of course, those who knew even the littlest of Farhand's history knew why he took the position so readily.
Of all the Sovereign Fleet, "The Farhand" has little to distinguish itself, aside from its current duties. It isn't the fastest ship in the fleet, nor the most heavily armed. Its hull is built of mid-quality wood from a southern Isle and its crewed by a green (but quickly learning) crew. Truly, it is "The Farhand's" place in the Sovereign Fleet which gives it the prestige Reginald so desperately sought.
