Power Generation

Each airship is powered by a large Weaveshard, a powerful crystal formed of hardened energy drawn from the Weave itself. It is anchored in the bilge, creating artificial lift and bending the weave around the hull to push it forward and keep it magically aloft.

Propulsion

The Weaveshard held in the bilge bends the Weave to push it along through the skies of Akronis.

Weapons & Armament

Commercial airships aren't typically equipped with weaponry, but many rogue or pirate airships are equipped with Weavetech weaponry that can tear through hulls and shatter other Weaveshards.

Armor and defense

Most modern commercial airships have reinforced hulls to deal with the weaponry utilised by pirates and other rogue airships. Beyond that, there is always at least one Assembly Breaker on every commercial airship if it were to be boarded.

Communication Tools & Systems

All commercial airships are equipped with a speaking stone, a magitech artifact that can cast the sending spell to any other speaking stone in 500 miles, including other airships as well as airship ports.
