Biological Traits

Dwarves from different regions express different traits.

Aku:
 Dwarves from here are fast speaking, impatient, and focused on efficiently getting through a day of business transactions. Physically, Akuian Dwarves are more likely to: have an undercut, have a short beard, attach signet rings to beard strands, be left handed, and use lamb's wool for their clothing.

  Belu:
 Dwarves from here are able to blend into their surrounding, tight lipped, ends over means, and frugal. Physically, Beluvian Dwarves are more likely to: have sea foam hair, a full thick beard, unkempt hair, any important identifiers are kept in a hidden pocket on them rather than on a beard strand, be ambidextrous, and wear whatever clothes they feel like.

  Thaviel:
 Dwarves from here are usually found at their assignment or mission, talkative, only work when they're on the clock, and enjoy amenities that come up in life. Physically, Thavian Dwarves are: dressed for the job at hand using any beneficial clothing & accessories, burly, their beards are a medium length, beards are heavily braided, proper haircuts, and icy blue eyes.

Behaviour

Dwarves are generally hard working and goal orientated. There is a subset of more free form thinkers that find themselves with a variety of dispositions but a common tone is obtuse resolutions to problems such as the use of: trickery, guile, feints, underhanded tactics, and sharp wits. Those that are more free thinking often find themselves called to become a Stonesinger and helping the motivations of their community.

Geographic Origin and Distribution

Dwarves can be found across the land of Akoon, however there are a few cities with notable dwarven communities. Thaviel, Belu, and Aku are all City-States with a particular dwarven district or community.

Dwarves are generally between 110 cm and 165 cm.
Average Weight
A dwarf's weight may be anywhere between 35 kg and 80 kg in a standard bell curve.
Body Tint, Colouring and Marking
Dwarves have skin tones based on some of the following colors and the blending of the mentioned colors: black, white, brown. Depending on exposure to active mining, earth elementals, or heavy air pollution; dwarves may taken on a metallic or gem luster on their skin.
