Inspired by the myths of the Sultana Empire, the Mages of the Tower of Zurvan wish to rule a new kingdom from their own flying cities, though those powers have long since been lost to the world.

The organization itself is shrouded in mystery, its base of operations and leaders unknown to the wider world.
