The Torturer is Briggin's highest up general/enforcer/authority. She handles acquiring turf and allocating the hired mercenaries to areas to protect their turf. She handles protection of storage facilities, illegal product warehouses, etc. Finally she handles the punishment of snitches and trains torturers in how to acquire information violently.
