Albernia

Albernia is one of the most southern states in Ethros. They have a reputation for being more secluded as far as states in this world go. Primarily they engage in anti-piracy activities. As a result they are lauded in the international community, especially by Halgostar Holdings. Importantly, the capital city of Meretbar is host to Shandar's University for the Arcane. This imporant educational bastion attracts scholars and mages from all around, it serves as an important hub for tourism.

International Stance

Albernia is a kingdom and is ruled by King Alvarez II of Meretbar. Albernia makes a habit out of staying an arms length from Korthia given their military history. Sea skirmishes have become rare these days, but their frequent and violent history can be seen dotting the shores in the form of wrecked remains.
