Archmage Kalador's University for the Arcane

Archmage Kalador's University for the Arcane is one of the most presitgious institutions for magic in the north. It is currently located in the Grand Duchy of Albris. Archmage Kalador specialized in ice magic, becoming a master of constructing using ice in his later years. Much of the university's largest buildings are constructed using ice. The students there are generally rooted deeply in the culture of the land surrounding the school. Unlike some of the other prestigious magic institutions, Kalador's University is located outside of the cities in the countryside. Located in an area referred to as the 'Everfrost'.

Master Kalador's Life

Like his many other wizards of the Age of Wizards, Kalador had learned words of Endomic. Although unlike his peers, he focused solely on ice magic and all things pertaining to the cold. He constructed his school to the north, ensuring that he would remain undisturbed. His first students helped him to construct the most iconic parts of the campus. Scrolls recovered from the time suggest he died at the extraordinary age of 137. An extremely long lifespan for a human.
