Despotate of Enaria

The Despotate of Enaria is a large country but it has been critically underdeveloped. The country is rarely traveled to, even by merchants who desire some of the material produced within their borders. Enaria is governed by an oppressive regime that has been in place for nearly two hundred years. Roadside hangings are a common sight, as well as entire towns that have been razed. The ruler is King Armond, the Red. His rule has been as brutal as his fathers as he clings to power through violence and brutality. An unforseen result of these actions is that the military is of poor quality. Currently Enaria is embroiled in another war against Kostaya. Kostaya is infamous for their crusades against Enaria.
