Duchy of Parmo

The Duchy of Parmo is an extremely corrupt state that has been widely avoided by all but criminals or corporate lackeys. Officials regularly recieve payoffs by large scale corporations to look the other way, or to allow the transport of illicit substances. The Duchy of Parmo is governed by Duke Garett Cork II.
It is said that everything has a price in Parmo, as long as you have enough to pay it. Among all the nobles, the duke is the worst by far, he is infamous for participating in exorting his aristocracy. Parmo is also home to The Jade Sea Merchant Company. The company has purportedly done very well for its shareholders. The company is one of the largest in the known world and is worth an estimated seven hundred and fifty thousand gold.
