Enlightened Brotherhood of Barwan

The Enlightened Brotherhood of Barwan is a cult of religous fanatics that has shadowy origins in the east. Many people don't refer to Barwan as an "enlightened brotherhood" and think of the cultists as psychopaths. This isn't completely unwarranted though, since there have been many reported accounts of human sacrifice. The severity of threat this group poses is evidenced by the fact that Sovos has dispatched a task force to suppress the cultists. Much of the Sanoran military is too demoralized or scared to effectively put down the spreading cult. The name of the leader of Barwan is unknown.
