Spellcasting. Sephara is a 13th level spellcaster. Her spellcasting modifier is Intelligence (DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks) and she has the following wizard spells prepared:
- Cantrips (at will): blade ward.
- 1st-level (4 slots): absorb elements, alarm, mage armour, protection from evil and good, shield, snare.
- 2nd-level (3 slots): arcane lock.
- 3rd-level (3 slots): counterspell, dispel magic, glyph of warding, intellect fortress, magic circle, nondetection, protection from energy, remove curse.
- 4th-level (3 slots): banishment, mordenkainen's private sanctum, stoneskin.
- 5th-level (2 slots): planar binding.
- 6th-level (1 slots): fizban's platinum shield, globe of invulnerability, guards and wards.
- 7th-level (1 slots): symbol.
Master of Abjuration. Sephara has advantage on any ability checks related to the abjuration school of magic, and also on saving throws against spells from the abjuration school of magic.
Actions
Multiattack. Sephara makes three Arcane Burst attacks. She can replace one of these with either of her Breath Weapon attacks. Arcane Burst. Melee or Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft. or range 120ft., one target. Hit: 2D10+4 force damage. Cold Breath Weapon (4/Day). Sephara exhales an icy blast in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 2D10 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Metallic Breath Weapon (1/Day). Sephara uses one of the following attacks:
- Enervating Breath. Sephara exhales paralysing gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become incapacitated until the start of your next turn.
- Repulsion Breath. Sephara emits a concussive roar in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be pushed 20 feet away from her and be knocked prone.
Reactions
Arcane Ward (Recharge 4–6). When Sephara or a creature it can see within 30 feet of it takes damage, she magically creates a protective barrier around itself or the other creature. The barrier reduces the damage to the protected creature by 4D10+4, to a minimum of 0, and then vanishes.
