Innate Spellcasting. Brook's innate spell casting ability is Constitution (spell save DC 11, +3 to hit with spell attacks). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
- At will: Shape Water.
- 1/Day: Create or Destroy Water (2nd-level).
Special Equipment. Brook wields a Vicious Long Bow and carries a Vial of Serpent Venom. Amphibious. Brook can breathe air and water. Sneak Attack (1/Turn). Brook deals an extra 4D6 damage when she hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 ft. of an ally of hers that isn't incapacitated and she doesn't have disadvantage on the attack roll. Evasion. When Brook is subjected to an effect that allows her to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, she instead takes no damage if she succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if she fails.

Vicious Long Bow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 150ft./600ft., one target. Hit: 1D8+4 piercing damage and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 5D6 poison damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one, plus an additional 7 piercing damage on a critical hit. Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 1D4+4 piercing damage and the target must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 5D6 poison damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. BONUS ACTIONS Cunning Action. Brook can take the Dash, Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action. Steady Aim. If Brook hasn't moved this turn, she can give herself advantage on her next attack roll on the current turn. Her speed is 0ft. until the end of the current turn.
Reactions
Skirmisher. Brook can move up to half her movement as a reaction when an enemy ends it's turn within 5ft. of her. This movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks. Uncanny Dodge. When an attacker that Brook can see hits you with an attack, she can use her reaction to halve the attack's damage against her.
