Personal history
Captain Tolk is a second-generation exile and was once an eccentric ship captain, famous amongst sailors for the unique strategies she employed when protecting merchant vessels. These days, she has retired as a ship captain (but insists on retaining the title), and, as a follower of The Stormlord, works as the caretaker of The Temple of the Tides. Her eccentricities are still famous across the city, with sailors and merchents who frequent the temple reporting she is still as made as her during her days as a true captain.
