Hysteria acquired a scroll of Feeblemind, which he intended to use on Lord Rhogar to swindle the family out of their wealth. He was caught by the city guard and is currently imprisoned in The Singing Blade Barracks.
Captain Abzug has possession of the scroll which he attempted to use and is attempting to sell it off to pay for sorely needed additional resources for 5,000GP.
