Grasping Hand Atemi
The character can, at will, dislocate the joints of most opponents (bi-pedal humanoids, though proficiencies may be spent to learn other physiologies). These are damaging, bone-locking techniques that have been outlawed by most martial arts.
The martial artist must have successfully implemented a Lock Attack before attempting to apply "Grasping Hand."
After the Lock Attack is successful, the next action (attack) may be spent on applying ther "grasping hand" on the limb locked. The martial artist must make a successful Wisdom check. If successful, the limb is "broken" and the victim takes 2d4 pts of dmg per round until a constitution check is successfully made.
