Hank was a member of The Black Crest and once held the rank of Vtoty.
He was exiled after Holkaar and the gang found a book where he revealed crest secrets.
He then forms The Men of the Hills, kidnaps Ruby Sizel and Mister Barry, using them to teach a child with a dragon soul.
He is killed by the Starbrook sisters,
