Overview

The Black Crest is a criminal organization that is intergrated into many others, all over the world.
They each get a magical tattoo on their wrists that can only be seen by others with the tattoo.
The are a an open secret, and selective in their membership though different groups can be very different.

Uzta

The Black Crest was an organization that serves as a rouges guild across Uzta.

• The Otet is the leader of the Black Crest.
• His Vtoty is the second in command and manager of the day to day operations.
• The Mudryy is the Otet's top advisor.

They have a HQ in Laban that serves as a meeting place for those on the run, but the day to day is operated in secret. Each city of Uzta has a Mestnyy who captains the city. They have a Braat who serves as their second. Under each Mestnyy there are often many types who serve the Crest in a variety of ways.
Sworn Members get a magical tattoo that can only be seen by people with the same. It is kept on the inside of the wrist.

• Mudryy - Bard of Lore, Rouge multiclass, used to love to raid historical vaults, Leonin
• Mestnyy of Alea - a rouge human who is coniving and treachrous.
• Mestnyy of Gruzta - a wizard cleric of trickery, half elf
• Mestnyy of Burdina - fighter, cleric of trickery, a mercenary, half orc
• Mestnyy of Urrea - a very smart bard, rouge, merchant, half elf
• Mestnyy of Garadoa - cleric of trickery, Satyr
• Mestnyy of Laban - a true rouge, and older woman, half aasimer
• Mestnyy of Korbrea - an assassin rouge, known for his assassinations, halfling

Alea

Alea is under new leadership.
Braat - An elder half elf who has been Braat for the last many Mestnyy's, never taking control but always staying in power.
The Enforcer is appointed by the new Mestnyy, a no nonsense half orc.
The Former enforcer, a warlock who had come up with the former Mestnyy, though who was many years older.
