The Righteous Defender

Karnassus is one of the True Deities of the Velveteen Petals System. Karnassus represents defending the weak and honorable battle. Battle is glorious, defeating your foes is honorable. Always pick up the fight and defend those who can't defend themselves to your final breath. Karnassus urges these values upon their acolytes. As a cleric or paladin of Karnassus one is expected to challenge any evil, defend those who cannot defend themselves, and fight. Should an opponent surrender, spare them, otherwise you kill them. Karnassus is not thought to be one of the original pantheon, having once been a demi-god or some sort that ascended past the normal state. Whoever this person was however has been lost to history.
Karnassus followers have especially bad blood with followers of Doko, the dishonorable and foul tactics used by them to be rooted out whenever noticed. When it comes to the other war god, Vin Kon Junai, Karnassus' followers respect the combat they display, but otherwise frown upon the senseless destruction that follows in their wake.
