Mount Bifor

At 30,000 feet tall, Mount Bifor stands as the tallest mountain of Ethae, if not all Aldern. It is situated in the southwestern region of the Cutting Mountains where the high peaks of the Novyum mountains meet the lower Anbar branch of the range. Though much of history Bifor has been the location of the central government of the Kephic Empire. The Dwarf people ruling out of the fortress city of Merock on a northwest subpeak of the mountain. Its near mythical status across Ethae has inspired bards over the ages to spin tales of the mountain. A fact that persists even in the modern day, long after the dwarven people have dwindled in importance in continenetal politics.
