Pyramid of Arzhan
the Landmark
The Pyramid of Arzhan is located less than a mile east of the port city of Arzhan along the coast of the Sea of the Ten Sisters. Very little is known about the pyramid. It is ancient, older than most pyramids through the region. No records of tales tell of which Dragon corpse rests in the tomb at its heart. There is, in fact, no known entrance to the pyramid. Adventuring parties sometimes arrive in Arzhan with grand dreams of finding the entrance and the treasure within. All leave disappoints.
Two smaller pyramids stand near its north eastern corner. Both have entrances. Both looted in ages past, with little remaining in information on who built them, when, or for what dragon, or dragons.
The Pyramid of Arzhan is largely forgetting by most in the modern day. Its height allows it to be seen for miles, making it a good landmark for those at sea or in the desert mountains north to find their way to civilization.
