Multiple fireplaces. Old fashioned fire escape (upon which Jack puts out food for a feral tomcat).
Jack keeps things scrupulously neat, with zero clutter except for the occasional pile of books.
Piano in the corner, covered.
Bedroom with queen-sized bed. Most remarkable feature is the closet, where Jack keeps a large number of bespoke and high end men's clothing and accessories.
