Criminal organization loosely affiliated with the Russian mafia. Destroyed by Julian Sark on the orders of The Man.
After Sark assasinates the hierarchy of K-Directorate, the organization is in ruins. Yelena Derevko was a founding member of K-Directorate, and walks away with most of its assets. She uses these to create her new organization, The Covenant.
