Irina hatches the idea of "The Man"

Although Irina likes the freedom and the adrenaline rush of a life in crime, she tires of working for other people, and decides she'd rather be the boss. Also: building a multinational crime syndicate is a challenge she hasn't tackled yet.   Irina is now entrenched in the criminal underworld and is known as a 'rising star.' She comes up with the alias "The Man" as a sly reference to all the people she has been controlled by in the past - i.e. the Soviet Government, possibly also just 'men' in general.)
