Midthon Grove

This forest is from the time of the Era of the Long Lived, the trees are tall and feel ancient.

As you walk through the forest you feel the dampness the morning fog left behind, everything is lush and wet and green. A variety of ferns spot the deep rich soil on the forest floor. You can smell the giant redwoods, and taste the cool breeze coming in from the ocean. The trees are so tall, you get dizzy if you stare up at them for too long and the trunks are as thick as a house. You can hear the chirp of a songbird and the buzz of insects. You always feel refreshed and re-energized when you take a walk through these woods.

Geography

Midthon Grove is located on the northwestern corner of Onira. Boardered by the White Summit Mountains in the south and the ocean on the other three sides.

Ecosystem

This is a red wood forest, the trees rely on the morning fog from the ocean to survive.
