Civilization and Culture
History
It is known that pegasi are not easily tamed and ridden. If someone has managed to tame one, the tamed pegasus forms a bond with its rider and obeys their command. However, if their rider ever becomes evil, they will reject them as they only serve good causes and riders with an absolute faithfulness for life. If a pegasus' rider were to ride them for combat, the pegasus must require training before the rider can do so. Due to the face pegasi don't reproduce very often in their lifetime, pegasi eggs are very valuable in the market; especially if they go through the black market. With this in mind and the fact they have rather short lifespans, young pegasi are worth a little more than pegasi eggs.
