History
When Pulin was first founded, it was originally named: Pruotmore City. On Prix 28, 1708 AXC, the name of the city was changed to its current name: Pulin. At the beginning of the city's history, Pulin's crime was low. However, as the population grew, so did the crime rate. At one point, the crime rate in Pulin grew so much that the streets of the city became a warzone.
Architecture
The founding ruler of Pulin has an artistic eye. So, when the building for Pulin was being discussed with architects, the founder was heavily involved in designing each building for the city. Due to the founder's involvement in the construction, the architect of Pulin has a very artistic look to it. Years after the death of the founder, the rulers of the city after the founder decided to keep their predecessor's intentions and always made sure the buildings in Puilin has a very artistic look as they expanded the city's boundaries.
Geography
Pulin is located on an island within Shienia's territory, northwest of the mainland. Not only is the island Pulin in the The Sea of Kasa, but the city's terrain is hills.
