Naming Traditions
Depending on where they were raised depends how they are named. Those raised by Orcs would have Orcish names, while those in Human society tend to stick with Human names.
History
The shamanic nomad tribes of the Orcs have had a fractious history with the other races.
Often considered evil, they are not considered civilized by many others.
In truth, the Orcs have never been inherently evil, but have often been used, goaded or forced into serving the goals of those with evil intent. Taking advantage of the strong, tough Orc's natural predilection for battle.
In spite of this history, there have been many times when they have gotten along on individual levels and these times have lead to the occasional Half-Orc.
Taking some of the impressive height and strength of the Orc and combining it with the quicker wit and drive of the humans, the Half Orcs always struggle to find a place in either society. Without their own distinct culture, and separate from their parents races, they are often outsiders.
