Lothloril Trees
These great, grand trees are favoured by the Elves
Basic Information
Anatomy
The lothloril grows straight and tall, its bark is pale, almost white, and smooth.
It branches at the very top of the tree, with many sturdy main branches and its leaves are around twenty centimetres long and heart-shaped
Growth Rate & Stages
The lothloril grows slowly and lives a very long time, which is why the Elves feel such a connection to them.
The grow from the acorns that drop from their branches, which are sweet and nutritious and a staple of Elven diet.
Biological Cycle
Lothloril are deciduous and the leaves turn a a variety of shades in the autumn, from deep orange to vibrant red.
In winter, the leaves will shed, to bud again in the spring.
