Hadaronos (a.k.a. The Shining Tempest)

Ruler of the city of Ethios. He is an Ancient Silver Dragon that works together with Andran The Silver King to rule Ethios.
The Circle of Six met him in the Trial of Brerenax vs Karen. Brerenax was found innocent of the accusations of Karen but insulted the Great Dragon and his city so Hadaronos sentenced the Dragonborn to 3 days in prison for the slight and remind him about how to treat superiors. He felt if was a kindness to the Dragonborn.
