Helms Ferry
One of the 3 ruling faction in Rockshire. Ruled by Skordan Grimhelm They control entrance to the city from the Hanmouth River flowing through the center of the city all the docks from the Eastern Sea and Southern Road. They are considered the most powerful faction in the city.
Structure
The organization is led and managed by the Grimhelm Family. Skordan Grimhelm and Redla Grimhelm led the family with cousins and siblings and other family running other parts of the organization.
