She’s known for causing trouble wherever she goes, whether it’s stealing from local merchants or stirring up trouble between rival gangs. Her motives are unknown, but there are rumors that she’s working for a larger organization, carrying out covert missions and gathering intel. Despite her reputation, some are drawn to her magnetic personality and fierce independence, seeing her as a symbol of freedom and rebellion against the oppressive powers that be. However, others see her as a dangerous and unpredictable wildcard, always one step ahead and impossible to pin down. The party first met Julia outside of Dalledale, at the “haunted” site of Mystra’s shrine. She had been working with the town guard, posing as bandits, following Garud in a scheme of Roderick to scare the town into preparing better. Her motives were unknown, except that she was collecting special coins with unknown magical properties. In conflict, she displayed unexpected magical abilities, showing prowess in combat, controlling a shadow creature and having the apparent ability to escape as a cloud of smoke.
