Archfey Excelis Welven Quaris (a.k.a. Exi)
An Archey in service of the Twilight Court, he is a caretaker of beasts and guards those under his care.

Personal history
Excelis is among the younger Archfey within the Court of Twilight, though he is no less powerful than his peers. His powers are those of standard archfey, manipulation of the realm in which he has power and limited control of his surroundings, but he also possesses an affinity for beasts. He can speak to any beast and has tamed all he has come across. He seeks to protect life and sought the Woodland Witch in his youth for he heard of her power. She was impressed by him and attempted to pair him with Nishi, though the moonstone dragon found she cared not for him.
In the years since, he has wandered her realm and tamed every manner of beast he has found, making friends with the wildlife and keeping enemy Fey from entering or harming his new friends. His one constant companion has been a Jackalope named Tilly. In recent times he has been seen at the Fel Harmonic Festival, teaching the White Dragon Nemri how to end life as painlessly as possible, for he knows the material realm is beyond his protection.
