Horkum Kromgus

A Necromancer of Gravehollow and a pursuer of Fraeya Andronos. Horkum is a mysterious Figure within Gravehollow, as he has been a member of the Necromantic Keepers of the Kingdom for many many years but very little is known of him. What is known is that he graduated the Academy some 550 years ago and pursued the Drow Necromancer Fraeya Andronos only to be soundly rejected and beaten, quite literally at her hands as they had a duel which she handily won. Nevertheless he has continued to follow her since, even if from afar now.
He has at, different points in his life, served as a member of the Nobility of Gravehollow, been in command of a group of "Peacekeepers" which were later revealed to be assassins under his command and now officially he has deserted the Kingdom following after Fraeya in her wanderings.
He is exceptionally gifted wizard, with his abilites earning him the chance to apply to become the Headmaster of The Gravehollow Academy, a chance he spurned in favor of his own obsessions. He has extended his life well beyond normal lengths using unknown means though many assume, basdd on evidence uncovered after his abandonment of the kingdom, that he was using offerings of living animals and monsters until they could no longer sustain him and he turned to sentient sacrifices of men and women in a manner similar to Lichdom but notably more visceral.
Lady Selena Darke has put out a writ of Execution on him, with any in the alliance that come across him must either end him themselves or inform those in power to destroy him. Prior to this she has penned only 10 other Writ's of Execution, and only upon those who could threaten the securuty of Gravehollow with their knowledge.
Following the death of Fraeya Andronos' Husband she dedicated her time to exposing him as a fraud and a monster, a campaign that was partially successful as both his authority and his estate were vastly reduced within the Kingdom.
