Ilsani Carani was originally spawned within the Realm of Avernus within the Hells and conscripted into the Endless conflict of the Blood War where she served as a scout for the legions of Hell. After proving herself more capable than any common scout she gained the attention of Archduke Autrion Haman who gave her increasingly difficult missions which she completed without fail. This was enough to make the Archduke realize her talents were wasted under him and so he sent her to the City of Dis and encouraged Archduchess Kaina Tevara to take her in and make use of her.
The Archduchess did indeed put her to work as a Spy and deal maker among mortal kind, her silver tongue and charming appearance convincing many mortals into agreeing to sign her contracts. After a brief period Ilsani was placed at the head of the Fifth House of Dis, The House of Shadowed Deals. Here she taught others how to charm their way into Mortal's hearts as she had done and soon she managed her own personal network of agents both within and without the Hells. In a period of twelve years she had gone from simple scout to the Left Hand of the Archduchess.
Ilsani performed her duties happily, recieving ever more lavish gifts from the Archduchess to whom she had fully devoted herself. There were rumors that Ilsani had merely slept her way into Kaina Tevara's good graces but she quickly put an end to those rumors when the individuals spreading them disappeared only to reemerge a handful of days later with their eyes removed and mouths sewn shut in the city square outside of her office. None dared question her worthiness after that display.
Ilsani spent the next twelve years in devoted service until she was uncerimouniosly killed by an Angelic Figure with Silver Wings and awoke to find herself within the body of a Human Man.
