Nirvana

The Plane Scholars and Philosophers dream of, its suppossed to be something special but nobody who goes there comes back.

The Upper Plane residing between Celestia and Elysium, Nirvana is the home of the Agathions and is aligned with neither the forces of Law nor Chaos. The inhabitants of this realm very rarely leave or interact with those beyond its borders.

Geography

Nirvana is a peaceful realm of tranquil beauty. Mountains nestled with clouds, gentle rolling fields of grasses and beautiful blue skies. The Plane is where many of the Souls of Good Aligned mortals reside after their passing.

Fauna & Flora

While the most numerous inhabitants of Nirvana are mortal souls seeking enlightenment, others reside here as well. The Agathions contemplate the nature of existence here and Angels from the Leaderless hosts of Celestia have fled here to escape the idleness of their work.
The Agathions sheperd mortal souls here and guide them towards Enlightenment, encouraging thought and contemplation. The Agathions themselves only engage in defense of their realm from outsiders rather than charging into the Abyss or Material realms as their Cousins do.
The Angels who fled here have been changed in the many many long years of their stay and now have been called by the return of their Archangels. Calling themselves Wardens they have Rejoined their hosts and wield powers unfamiliar to their brethren. Books of Celestial scribing at their sides they stand as champions of knowledge and righteousness.
While not residents of this Plane, mortals seeking redemption have been known to arrive here in their lost wanderings. Sun Wukong arrived here after his trials and learned acceptance of his friends fate. Another known to have arrived here is Vinalmo Efrezi of Moromel. It is unknown what he learned here but when he returned to the Material Realm he took charge of the Lands he currently controls.
