Shieldmaiden of Heaven Sariel Tyranus (a.k.a. Sari)
The Angelic mother of Samandrial Tyranus and wife of Thalgramen Tyranus. She is a Solar of the Upper Planes and one of the Angelic Followers of Sarissa, Lady of Light. She was the leader of Sarissa's Angelic Host during the Purge War and helped lead the charge at the Battle of Marwood Pass.
She gave up her shield to her son as a means of protecting him from any who might harm him.
She disappeared under mysterious circumstances after she and her husband were discovered and her location is unknown.

Personal history
Sariel was confronted by her Brothers and Sisters after she sent her Son away on errands. The Archangels attempted to bring her home with words alone before engaging in combat.
Outnumbered 9 to 1 and without her shield, Sariel fought. She nearly escaped her siblings before Nariel was ordered to enter the fray under pain of her own Demonic Wife being attacked and killed. Grudgingly Nariel subdued her sister, a task the rest of her siblings could not accomplish together.
Following this she was taken back to the peak of Celestia to have her "Corruption" cleansed. For the past thousand years she has remained bound before the Light of Heaven and has been incentivized to rejoin the ranks of the Archangels, but no methods have worked.
