The party discovered Ned bound and gagged in the Baldurus Mansion. After freeing him, he travelled with the party for a short period of time. He proved useful to the party, at one point even bandaging Hekate's wounds.
Ned disappeared as the party returned to Saltmarsh. A few days later he was witnesses meeting with Gelen Primewater by William. Ned seemed to be reporting on the parties actions, and those of the smugglers.
