The Knights of Erudition

The Knights of Erudition are the military and police force of Korydun. These brave knights are trained in advanced tactical thinking by the The Sapphire Archivists themselves so that each knight is a strategist.

Structure

The Divisions

The Knights of Erudition are separated into eleven divisions. Each division is led by a Knight Captain. Every year the Knights hold a test for possible new recruits. The Knight Captains then choose from the candidates that have passed the test. If multiple captains choose the same recruit then the recruit chooses which division to join. All of the divisions have a friendly rivalry with each other and share all the responsibilities. Every month the divisions switch responsibilities to make things fair.

The Council of Knights

The Council of Knights is comprised of the Knight Captains. The Council lead all the Knights of Erudition and report directly to the Supreme Archivist.

They strive to better themselves and protect the city.

Assets

The Knights of Erudition own a large building near the city center known as the Hall of Erudition which serves as their headquarters and the meeting chambers for the Council of Knights. The Hall of Erudition is also where they keep the names of every member of the Knights on the wall and hold all of their ceremonies. The Knights also own several estates outside the city that are used for training.
