Demographics

Amberslide is a mostly human settlements with a small population of about 150 gnomes.

Government

Amberslide is governed by a trugarian overseer who has the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or higher. The overseer governs the city on behalf of the Trugarian Empire and serves as both its protector and public leader.

Defences

Amberslide is protected by wooden walls with a few towers located near the south and east gates.

Industry & Trade

Amberslide's main trade is raw and polished amber which is mined from its main amber mine. The mines also produce other ores likes copper and lead, which the town cannot refine. These ores gets sent to other towns around, with all the copper being sent to the Barnigan Copper Mine near Cullfield.
The town is often visited by caravans and travelers going through the Gray Pass, so inns and stables in the town sees much business.

Districts

Amberslide is divided into four major districts. The industrial and mining district is located in the north of the town and encapsulates a major part of the mountain wall where the mines are located. Below the industrial district is the housing district and gnome district which are located next to eachother. The housing district is the largest district with most of the cities houses and home businesses, next to it is the gnome district which has homes made for the smaller folk in the city. The two districts are very open to eachother and there is no major distinction in wealth between them. South in the town lies the market district which is where most shops, inns and stables are located for both the townsfolk and many traders who seek shelter.
