Benton was the brother of Clifford Silvarno. He was part of Cliffor's initial group of thugs and would later become a very public individual who managed to cover up much of his brother's shady work. Benton became quite rich off his brother's work and was a very talentful face for his operations. Benton died four years after his brother as he had been struck by two crossbow bolts during the Tru Betrayal when the city was captured and the injuries pained him until he died from complications due to the injuries.
