Mt. Eris

Mt. Eris is a volcano located in the Eris Range, just to the west of the Emerald Woodland.

Geography

Mt. Eris is part of the Eris mountain range. While the surrounding mountains are a light shade of purple, Mt. Eris's differing mineral content makes the rocks around it a cool grey color.

Localized Phenomena

Mt. Eris is the only volcano on the Pandora continent. While it is not usually active, it can erupt if too much Anima accumulates underground. When this happens, Mt. Eris erupts and releases the excess Anima into the atmosphere. The Anima released from this explosion is primarily of the Fire element, though Earth Anima is also released.

Climate

Mt. Eris has a similar climate to the Emerald Woodland. It is very mild, if a lot sunnier due to the lack of trees.

Natural Resources

Mt. Eris is quite rich in many precious metals such as gold and silver, as well as quartz. When it erupts, the Anima it releases can be gathered and used to conduct powerful spells.
