Queen mother Cornelia Leonidus was the daughter of Duke of Upper Sharidon, Lucanus Florentinus Leoninus and her wife Leda Malacia. She was originally from Kingdom of Shausal but was married young to the Crown prince of Marela, Sigismondo Fulmino, who later became the king of Marela. She was able to give him the much needed male heir and because of this she is still regarded as the savior of the royal line of House Fulmino.
