Arthor's Spell Book

The Spell Book is very diucult to acttly read as it has many pages Jurnnale like Writting that Appeares as if Vassel Valkyrie had been going mad. The book is also written in a nearly extinct dilect of Druconic.

History

Etched into the inside lining of the book's cover is an item restoration ritule that has 5 tali marks next to it. The book at first glance looks hundreds of years old.
Arthor Blackwolfe has been in possion of the book for the past sevreale years.
