Ms Gormend is the representative of a secret gnome syntactic, Red Cap Smugglers of Thro'n, built underneath Heaven Root Plaza. Ms Gormend has a deal worked out with miss Ann Herk and The Crew of Kalter the Scale-Hide that in extantange for advancing black powder technologies they would protect Gormend's and the rest of the Red Cap Smugglers of Thro'n better interests with in Del Thro'n.
Upon hearing the code words "The sins swell falls ill", Ms Gormend signals Red Cap Smugglers of Thro'n to bring the weapons to a pre determined meeting place near one of the Scale-Hide wearhouses to meet miss Ann Herk with members of The Crew of Kalter the Scale-Hide to move the goods from the Red Cap Smugglers of Thro'n.
