Simply create a thread with a detailed description of your character, based on the character profile format of Alterna I, and contribute it to the ever expanding Mindrealm.
However, you may only choose to do so if you are truly intending for your character to become a permanent part of the Mindrealm.
As once their integration into Alterna I is accepted by both Neon and their original creator, the character will be given their fixed spot within the lore of Alterna I and won't be removed.
Whatever you as the original creator intend to be doing with the character outside of the Mindrealm remains yours to decide. But inside of Alterna I, your character will be there to stay, playing their intended role within the lore, and possibly be picked as a main or side character within an Alterna I story.
As the original creator, you may also decide how you will be credited in the header section of the character's profile, once they have been accepted to be fully integrated into the Mindrealm.
