City state of Karna captured by a warlord and Soki city state prince and nobles exiled.

The Nobles were given safe passage to the city of Tinena where they found refuge. The prince and his most trusted elders were made guests of the court and given some authorities to put their skills to good use. Tinena grew in the succeeding decades as other refugees left the area around Karna as the Karnites took over farms, villages or refused to protect farther out villages as the old leaders of Karna had agreed. The great grandson of the exiled prince has been spending his family's fortunes on finding a way to take back his ancestral home. If another generation passes it is unlikely his family will have a political future.
